location of Fuel Pump Relay??

Hey guys, just had a problem with my brothers van today. It was driving fine and then all of a sudden started acting up and died. It's definentely a fuel issue as now the pump does not turn on. I replaced the pump and still nothing. I checked the Auto Fuel Pump Shutdown fuse and it's ok. So I was wondering if anyone knew where the relay is located on a 95 Dodge 1 Ton van. It has a 318 5.2 L v8......

It's mounted on the firewall in the engine compartment.
