Can't tighten spark plug

Have a '95 s10 Blazer. Tried to check the plugs and now can't tighten the plug that is in the middle on the right hand side of the block. (When I checked it to begin with, it wasn't in tight) Has anyone had this problem and how did you combat it?

Most auto parts stores have spark plug heli-coil repair kits, directions are on the package.
