1999 Cirrus No Start Cold

Please Help! i have a 1999 cirrus, had no fuel pressure pump was bad so i replaced it along with fuel filter car started fine the next morning it would not start, as i was checking it i found the coolant temp sensar tested bad so it was replaced, also found leaking valve covers so i replaced gskts and seals along with plugs and wires, cap and rotor but it still will not start but if i spray a shot of gas or carb cleaner in intake it starts right up if you shut it off rightaway it will also start and run fine it just wont start cold on its own CAN ANYONE HELP.
