Knocking Noise!!!please Help

I have a 94 accord ex manual trans. and there is a rattle noise from engine area. Not heard @idle when reving engine to about 2500 rpms its heard or when driving it's heard @ the top of the first three gears i can't pinpont where it's coming from took it to a tech he said it's a spark knock. So i put new plugs and distributor on it seemed better for about a day then came right back:frown:

use higher grade gas.

If it is heard somewhere on the upper part of the engine, you could have a problem with the valves. It could also be because of wrong engine oil. It is wise to contact a Honda dealer as they would have a good grasp at what is wrong with your ride's car parts.
