92 -- How do I set this stupid clock?

Just bought it today and there was no owners manual. The clock is off and I want to reset it but I have no idea how to do so. I could just wait until midnight, disconnect the battery and then reconnect but it is really cold outside and its going to get colder. Does anyone know how to set the clocks on these things? Any and all help is much appreciated as my OCD is going into overdrive.

If it has a "set" button- then turn radio power off (ignition on) and then hit "set" and then seek for hr and scan for minutes--then turn radio power back on--- you turn power off by either a power button- or the volume button..
