woo woo noise

There is a noise coming from the left side of the 94 CG when you coast, sounds like the above, woo woo. I found a broken stabilizer link yesterday, installed two new ones. I casually looked over the tires, pushed and pulled the tires while not jacked, nothing. When the daughter gets home this afternoon I'll have another chance to look at it. Any thoughts?

Does it make the noise just when moving, or will it make it sitting still when you race the engine some?

Could be a vacuum leak, perhaps on the master cylinder. (just a guess) Any more info on the location (in front, underneath, etc) would be helpful.
