The 3 high mount brake light gets power from brake light switch.
The white brake light switch wire splits two ways
One going to high mount and one going to turn signal switch brake light feed..
Go to brake light switch and check for 12 volt power to it on orange feed wire and 12 volts on white wire out of it to brake lights.
If the hazard switch or dimmer/turnsignal is broke you should repace it.
A broken or stuck hazard switch can knock out left and right brake lights.
But unless it has blowed the fuse or brake light switch the high mount should still be getting 12 volts from brake light switch.

i checked the stoplamp switch. orange hot all the time, brown hot when key is on, white and two i think puple or pink no power. i jumped power to the white wire and still no brake lights. i checked out back at the tail lights and i get power to the parking lights when there on.
dose power go from the stop/switch to the hazard switch and then to the lights?

White wire is the stop light feed from brake light switch.
Should be hot when you step on brakes.
The stop light goes to the turn signal switch and then splits to right and left rear turn/stop lights on turn signal mode.
If no turn signal on it feeds from turn signal switch to both rear stop/signal lights.
You may have to buy the hole switch but some years they had a hazard switch recall/repair deal.
Good Luck
