94 ranger windshield wiper problem

Hi guys! I have a 1994 ranger and the windshield wipers will not come on. When I turn the wiper control on I can hear a clicking sound from somewhere behind the thermostat controls. As I speed the delay switch up the clicking speeds up also and vice versa, but the wipers still will not come on. Any ideas what might be the problem?

Check for voltage at the wiper motor. Sometimes you can tap the motor with a hammer if it runs get another unit at a junkyard or a new one at the dealer.
Check for a burnt board sometimes the go bad. If you have voltage a used one from a junkyard is cheaper. I've used them and they lasted until I sold the vehicle. They give you 30 warranty.
