Caravan Electrical

Does anyone know if the same reley controls the pulse wipers and the timed head lites??? Where the heck is it?? Cant find it in the hayes manual. Lost my pulse wipers and hatch release a while ago??Now the headlites wont go out??? Often if you shut the car off first then the head lites stay on for a timed period. Now the only way to shut them off is to remove the circuit breaker or disconect both lites. Checked the switch and removed it still on, removed the signal/hi beam switch on the colum still on. I suspect a relay but need to know where to look. There are 3 solinoides on the left side eng comp and 2 on the right. pluse ther are 6 above the fuse panel.
