i had a cd player put in my 98 caravan but now the interior lights stay on all the time can anyone tell what they did wrong?

They used the dimmer input to the stereo for the ground and now the light circuit is not controlled by the dimmer switch. It now has a full on ground signal o that circuit. Take it back and have them wire it correctly.
