yeah, yeah i know there are practically none, but does anyone know of any, the whole car only has 38,000 original miles on it, so that eliminates a 3800 supercharged swap, and what exhaust sounds the best with this motor, i dont want it really loud, but i want it to have a fairly loud rumble, and a nice idle sound, can a cold air kit be customized to fit this motor?

Here's the bad news. Your car is a hybrid/changeover OBDI/OBDII design, which has virtually no upgrade potential. Combine that with the fact that the aftermarket offers virtually no performance upgrades for the 3100 variation in your car, and you come up with diddly-squat and a lighter wallet.
Cold air intakes do nothing on their own, and should only be considered as a last step to squeeze a couple more ponies out of a highly modded engine (And I still think they are virtually useless). The factory air cleaner set-up can flow 750+cfm, and your 3100 would have to be turning about 10,000 rpm to exceed that. The 3100 cannot be made to "rumble" regardless of the exhaust, the best you can get is a noisy "Fast and the Furious" fart can type muffler that will piss off your neighbors, and make real performance people point and snicker.
You might as well spend the money you'd waste on performance upgrades on pretty parts, as at least it won't be totally wasted cash.
