Mystery Window Crank

Hi All
Just wondering if any one can identify this window crank. It is marked PT 4239590. I remember many years ago my uncle having a very old Renault that had a similer design. Is there any demand for this part or can someone suggest, perhaps a better forum for this inquiry?
