Tire Size

I have a 79 Malibu. I have had 15" Corvette Rally wheels on it since I bought it six years ago. I am wondering if anybody knows what the biggest size of 15" tire I can go to is without rubbing in the front. Right now I have 205/75/15's.

225/60 r15's would probably fit.
A decent tire shop would probably allow you to fit one on a rim and test-fit before buying them.

You could roll your in fender a bit, custom body shop have the tool. Just make sure they do not crack the paint. Speedware motorsports in Redmond Wa did my car.

Good info, but look at the date on the last post, this has been dead for 2 years.
