My 2001 Malibu had the turnsignal module replaced @ 10,000 miles. Then @ 95,000 the problem (intermittent turn signals) resurfaced. I replaced the module (turn signal/wiper switches) again and the problem persists. Is there another problem to look for (i.e. flasher, etc.)?

You probably need a new flasher relay. It is part of the hazard flasher switch on the dashboard. I understand that there was a recall on this part so check with the nearest Chevy dealer.
