Stick with the stock rail and Aeromotive FPR's are generally regarded as one of the best options.

Did you really need three lol's in your 10 word post?
Walbro fuel pump would be the way to go, 190lph if you are running a 16g or smaller on gasoline, 255lph if you are running a turbo bigger than 16g or running anything on E85. Also, an aftermarket FPR isnt necessary on the 190. As for injectors, I'd go FIC... I've heard of fit issues with Greddy's and RC's are just too damn expensive IMO.

I was imitating 2.3 turbo. Do you really need to refer to yourself in the third person?

The Dave agrees it's more fun to talk to third person. Who agrees with The Dave?
I believe I seen a FPR from Greddy I wanna say. I seen it on Tuners. But it was a good little unit also. Don't go cheap with the FPR, like those eBay ones. I can't believe I almost bought one of those at one time.

Thor does. :) rock0134, I will ban your ass so fucking watch it.
Yeah, definately dont go cheap on the FPR. Check out tuners parts guide for some acceptable ones, if its in there chances are its not too bad.
(That was sarcasm by the way rock :p)
