lip kits?

i have a 98 gs and i dont know if i want to put a full body kit on my car. Roads are really rough around here and yet i would like to put something small on my car. Ive seem some lip kits here and there but all i see is the front lip. Do they make entire kits? I just want something small to add to my car like some nice trim all the way around or something. What about those carbon fiber things ive seen people have that like stick off like little wings or however you want to put it. Im not sure what they are called.

They really only make front lips for our cars. You can find a rear lip but all of them look like shit. Ebay is the best place to see the different kinda of lips.

Those "wings" are called canards and I've never seen any for our cars. You could probably buy a set for a different car and modify them to fit, but I'm 99% sure they don't manufacture them specifically for the Eclipse bumpers.
