I just turned 16 and bought a 97 Ls auto and was wondering wut would be the best and first upgrade for it.

new car? j/k well...sorta. i'd get rid of the auto tranny tho, an if that runs u into too many problems, i'd suggest getting a different car. that is if u want it to be quick that is, if u jus want to go for looks, then keep it the way it is, an get a kit, rims, drop it etc...

Yea , its in mint cond. there isnt much around here anway in the means of street racing. I just wanted to add some looks and little more power.

It is going to take alot of pwer for the auto ls integra to be anything near quick! My girlfriend drive a 94 ls auto and one night I decided to take it for arun down the strip, and the best I could get out of it was a 17.91 et. That was with an intake installed on the car.
I'll tell you a story about the differences in performance between the stick and the auto: One night while driving home from night school I came across a black teg. It had some gsr rims on it so I thought it was a gsr so I decided to try to race him. Well I took off and I heard him gun it and I was pulling hella hard, then I hear the motor change pitch (I thought vtec had kicked in:eek: ) and it started to gain on me everso slowly. Well I still beat him by about 1 car length. It turned out that he had and AEM cai and DC Sports catback, and it was a auto ls. The change in the engine pitch was from a 50 shot N20 dry kit (zex). So you see the auto needs lots of extra power to hang with the sticks. Also this took place before I had installed my nitrous so I was not using it, or it would not have even been close LOL:D
