99 F150 Wiper problems

My drivers side wiper quit working last week, so i took everything apart and pulled the wiper assembly to find that the drivers side disconnected at the one joint. Upon further inspection i found out that the ball and socket joint is worn out and needs fixed.

I was wondering if anyone knows if just that ball and socket piece can be replaced, or does that whole assembly have to be replaced.
