is there a way to open and lay down the rear seat of my 01 s-type i have tryed and tryed to get it to unlatch but cant figure out how thanks alot....

Look in the trunk for seat latch,and than BOOT yourself!
Adjar trunk = OPEN BOOT
Adjar trunk = OPEN BOOT
