ok thanks ... and about taking apart the dash in the 06 accord , i dont know if you have done it before or not... is there any way to keep the air conditioning controls because the temp setting comes through the stock radio screen, should i just slice another power wire to it or what? and how do i get the wires off the back to the stock radio and match them to the new one a harness or something??

I think I missed a few steps ..... I have no idea what you want to do with the stereo, dash, a/c controls, etc .....

lol sorry i got a little ahead of myself... basically i bought a mounting kit to put the new radio in the space below the radio and im assuming you have to get a wiring harness or something to transfer the wires and just look at a color chart to make sure they are right??? ... then what do i do about the climate control since it displays the temp through the stock radio screen thing.. do i just run another power wire to the stock radio so i can tell what the temp and stuff is?

are you wanting to replace the stock unit or put the new one in as an addition to the stock unit ?
