Noisy valve train '94 2.4l

I'm looking to buy a low mile '94 but i'm a little worried about the noisy valve train. (2.4l 4 cyl only 60k miles, one owner). Is this one of the nissan PU motors with timing chain issues, or does it just need a valve adj?
