Adj. Fuel regulator & EGR

Hey all I have noticed my Vortec 454 is starting to leak antifreeze from the front of the intake. When I take it all apart I want to have it cleaned and I am having the injectors checked or replaces (194,000 miles) Do they make an adjustable fuel pressure regulator for vortech 454's.....



What is the down fall to running without an EGR? I have no e-checks in my area and no Cat Converters. Is there any bad to blocking it all off?
