washer fluid pump?

i am a new member. Bought a 300m with 220,000 km. Other than that it is in great shape. Unfortunately I have no previous records. I have 2 problems so far. No washer fluid squirting and a noise in front end when turning.

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

First the obvious. Do you have ww fluid in the reservoir? Going forward, check your fuses. Check your electrical connections to the pump. After that it is most probably the pump. Maybe someone else can chime in with other suggestions.

Front end could be a myriad of items, such as sway bar bushings or end links, tie rod bushings, worn lower control arm, ball joints, etc. Got to try to narrow the field here.
