Does anyone know if the front and rear disks are the same? I bought new ones for the fronts and changed them a while back. Now I would like to have the old fronts turned and use them on the back. At the time of the fronts, turning wasn't an option beacuse I was in BFE and the lathe didn't work.

No, they are not the same. The rears are a 'top hat' design with a drum within the disk for the parking brake. But, the rear rotors are cheaper than the fronts. $30 each at Parts America.com.
