As you can see from the title i decide to create a left hand skyline because in my country we drive from the left side so i make it to be close to reality.

If you like, the Maisto 1/24 R34 GT-R comes with a left hand dashboard. Would save you the effort of converting it all. The detail is pretty good.

From what I can see it looks like you are putting on too much paint on at once. The air bubbles can be from too much paint or from having the can too close to the model.
The best way is:
1st coat very light mist that only covers the plastic about 80%.
2nd coat should cover plastic but, still look a little dry.
3rd coat should look wet and smooth. Stop immediately as soon as it looks wet.
It is also OK to use more thin coats a little at a time to get the model covered. Less thicker coats usually causes trouble.
I sometimes put 5 coats on a model to get desired color or to get the paint to look smooth.
I hope that helps.

Also Skyline GR, Spray from left to right with can a little distance away from model. That should help. Good luck.

The instructions say TS-39 for the factory colour you're after. I think it was called Wine Red.

But don't forget to prime it!
Primer is essencial!
If you use some 'hot' lacquer paint [Automotive,I think] it will ETCH plastic, you'll get some [not] cool elephant skin texture in the plastic, the paint paintjob will look terrible, and you'll get some runs [huge amount of paint in some places, the paint will 'run' down the body and accumulate in the edges and it will look bad] just like the ones you got above.
Above i saw that you used some sort of silicon to fill the holes when you converted the dash to Left Hand Drive...?
Not trying to be harsh, but you better use some putty if you are going to mod some places! It is VERY useful, for anything.
There are several kinds of putty, the most used is the Epoxy Putty. Takes a bit to dry but you can get some awesome results with some patience.
It should be easy to find, car shops may have it.
If you don't find epoxy putty, you can try polyester putty, works great too!
Hope it helps!

Don't destroy it!
Take it apart!
Soak it in some brake fluid or Isoprophyl Alcohol!
And then,it'll be stripped and it may take apart the things that you glued with silicon.
