2000 camaro PLEASE HELP

i have a 2000 camaro 3.8, it is running real sluggish when it warms up and then it starts pinging and knocking a little bit. The problem is that it wasnt throwing a code. Then it did and it said cylinder 1 misfire. I changed the fuel filter and tomarrow im going to change the plugs and wire's. but would that really just be the only problem. because its fine when it first stars. Its after it warms up. I was thinking maybe a cam shaft sensor or a cat. converter
