2003 celica 1.8li NO GAS!

this car is driving me crazy.ok i have check for spark and i have spark. i checked for fuel and no fuel.So i pulled the fuel pump out and to check for power and condition of the fuel pump.i have power going to the pump. so then i check the pump. it does not work. so i replace it. once i get it all back together and bam. no fuel.i find out that now i have no power going to the pump.where do i go start the process of elimination on this problem?all the fused seem to be ok.as for relays im not to sure on how to check those.other than swap them out from the ones in the junk yard.is there a fuseable link or trip switch somewhere i can check. there is no book on this vehicle so im lost. someone help me out.
