Transmission replacement

I have a 1993 Plymouth Voyager with a 3.0 engine and a three speed automatic transaxle.
The engine is tired and the transmission is dead.
I also have a 1992 Dodge Dynasty with a 3.0 engine and a four speed Ultradrive electronic Transaxle. I would like to remove the engine and Transaxel and put it into the Voyager.
Can I do it? What about the transmission module and the computers? Will they connect?

Well, there are a couple of things you will need to change in order for this to work, I have done a swap from a 4 speed to a 3 speed so I know what is needed to do this. You will have to change the entire wiring harness under the hood from the bulkead connector to the headlights (sounds hard, but its not that bad). And of coarse you will need the transmission computer. Now I swapped the engine computer also, but that might not need to be changed. The axles and the shifter cable will match right up.
I still have the entire harness with the transmission computer sitting in my garage from a 95 Caravan (should be the same)and have no use for it. If you are interested in it, I will let it go for $20 plus shipping. One question for you, does your van have ABS? This one didnt, but I have never seen a 3.0 with ABS.

It has been a busy couple of weeks, i didnt see this response until today, if you are still interested let me know and I will call, I will dig out the harness and the computer and see how much it will cost to ship it to you. Anything else you need for your van, I have alot of parts.
