2004 ford expedition

I have two questions. first, I need to know where the keyless entry code is located and how to use it. Secound, how do I get rid of the seat belt dinger?

On my 2005 Expedition, the entry code is on the module behind the fuse panel cover on the lower right side of the passengers seat foot area. Remove it ( it just pops off ) and look up with a flashlight to the label with a barcode on it. It will have the 5 digits in large letters. The dealership wanted to charge me $100 to hook it up to their computers to tell me the same thing! These instructions should also be on your owners manual. If you don't have one, you can search for one and download for free from the internet.
I do not know about the seat belt dinger.
