2001 4Runner center cap

Does anyone know where I can find a center cap (Enkie wheel/ dealer installed) for my 2001 4Runner? I had one stolen, and I have checked Ebay, junk yards, and Toyota dealers, but I can't find one. It is chrome, about 3-3/4" wide, and has the Enkie symbol (looks like figure eight) in the middle.
