Once again i'm looking into the possibility of getting some 1/24 wheels and tyres made 18-19" minimum of course:D. I have my own suggestions - see pics of Speedstar Integral GT1 and Racinghart M5 below.
What would you guys suggest i should consider and what tyres should be made. Please post pics if poss and stick to the Jap/Tuner/Import theme;)

Looks like Chris beat me to it. I was considering making rims and tires at work on the 3d printer when I find some spare time and get one of the guys to help me. Maybe in a few months time. :( Good luck to you Chris! I'm hoping to purchase a few SAS items as soon as I get around to modeling the particular available kits.

you're THAT lazy that you can't even buy some bronze spray paint?? that's all it takes, you don't need someone to make a whole new wheel.

Fujimi already makes BBS LMs in 18 inches, just thought to let you know.
What would really be cool would be to have aluminum sleeves to slip rims into to create a deepdish look and to increase the diameter, like Pegasus Hobbies sells. Would finally give us all something to do if we could turn those stinky 17" Fujimi wheels into 18 or 19" deep dish wheels. :)

Interesting idea, i will look into this! So your saying the entire wheel should slot into a wider ring. This could easily be made from turned aluminium.

Ok, I'm old..... What the hell does "bling-bling" mean??
To build on the rims from pegasus idea, I use common thin-wall plumbing tubing (copper) for many wheel rims and plate them. I then use centers from most any wheel I like. All you need is a tubing cutter for sizing. A whole lot cheaper than the pegasus pieces and you'll pay for the plating equipment if you skip buying 6 sets of pegasus' rims. Still use the tires though!
