Does anyone know when, if ever, vw is going to make an R32 version of the Jetta (241hp+AWD+6-speed trans+Recaro interior=SWEET)

They don't.
But you could allwats build one with OEM R32 parts :)

Good Idea. But will R32 parts fit on a Jetta IV GLI. If so, where do you get them?

You can get them from Volkswagen, and with a little time and money, they will fit...
