front tow hook

i just purchased #44, serial number 39 and it did not have the front tow hook. i plan to put one on but i could use some help on how it is attached, pictures would be great

My car doesn't have a tow hook it has a tow strap. It bolts to the bottom of the radiator frame on the right side of the car and sticks out of the front valance about 6 inches. I don't have and photos but if you look around this site I am sure you will find what your looking for.

Jim did you brake another tow strap. You have got to remember to take you foot off the brake when the wrecker is pulling you back to the pits.

I'll remember not to brake when I'm being towed so as not to break the tow strap.

It's great to be able to get advice from a veteran.....
