'90 Stang: Adjusting the headlights

Okay, I've done this before, but recently I had to change my headlights again and now I'm having a hard time getting them aimed properly. There are two adjusting screws with male hex ends: one on the upper inside corner and one on the lower outside corner of each assembly. Looks like there are two other adjustment screws, but neither have a hex end, both are round and smooth. Do I need to mess with these others to get a good aim?

Is it just me or are these headlights a bear to adjust? I'm having a heck of a time getting these lights aimed right; either they're aimed to close to the front end or I get them too high up - I haven't been able to hit it just right. Before I changed the headlights, they were aimed just right, so this is frustrating.

Any tips or tricks?

Thanks.
