I have a 94 maxima which previously was rarely driven. Developed a corroded + battery cable which was replaced at the dealer. It now drains the battery in 2-3 days if not driven. Whe driven daily it will start daily. It has been evaluated by several mechanics and no one can figure out why.
Any ideas?

If alt charge voltage is ok =13.8V or more ... Must find some one ... able to tst leak current.
DIY: Buy 10$ multimeter, put in amp scale, attach probes correctly. Disconnect batt cable, insert probes between battpole<<---->>cableconnector. Read...
If shows more than 0.05A, then start pulling fuses until leak current drops. If no change, Disconnect alternator (rectifier may leak, even intermittently), read...
