antenna on roof

can some one help the little antenna on the roof on my 2001 740il was cracked i think the insides got wet my navigation is not working is this the antenna ...the screen says no cd in player,the radio works fine..plus how do you remove i droped head liner nothing there lifted rear by rear window little wire coming out going to window seal,i think.help......help.thank you..
