Another 2,000 miles another Alero problem

My 2002 Alero has a distinct Rubbing /Soft Grinding pulsating noise coming from the front drivers side wheel. (best guess) its more pronounced as the car slows and even more so when I brake or turn the steering wheel. The Front Rotors, Pads , Hardware and Calipers were done 11,000 miles ago (May 05) and the Left Front Wheel Bearing Harness was done less than 8,000 miles ago (01/06).

Also, Right Front Harness done 5,500 miles ago (05/06). Back Rotors and Pads done 9,000 miles ago (11/05).

Any idea what this could be? Certainly not the front brakes again? Jeez Louise! This car is a money pit.

Thanks for any help you folks could give.

When you did the brake job were the rotors replaced or turned down?

BNaylor:

The Rotors were replaced.... at Midas where there is a pad guarantee...

Wondering if it has something to do with the Power Steering? Some previous threads mentioned this. The fluid was low.....but not that bad....which means a leak possibly. I topped it off and it seems better.

Thx
