Front brake noise...

2002 Ford Focus
Hello, someone replaced the brakes on the front. Now they have a moan/grind/rub sound only when applying brakes. I have checked everything. The pads are newer, rotors are newer, the caliper seems to function correctly, the brackets are in place. Wheel bearing is good.
Has anyone experienced glazing on new pads? That's about all I can think of at this point.
