window knob wont come off any ideas

i have a 2000 malibu no power locks,or windows i took all the screws and everything off the only thing stopping the panel is the knob.I tried to take the knob off for the window but it wont move i looked for a clip i didnt see any.I tried to pry it off still wont come off.Any ideas how to get it off???

They sell a tool that fits behind the handle to knock out the clip. It's hard to see because it's so close to the handle. The tool is cheap and will save you lots of headaches.
