no fuel to the engine

i have a 1996 dodge neon that i have rebuilt, i now i face 1 small problem it will not start.the injectors are new however injectors 1,3,and4 are not pumping gas to the engine can someone tell me what kind of a problem this may be if i put gas in the intake it will run till the gas i put in there runs outs,but still does not start is it a fuse or a relay?

You might want to check whether the connectors are all firmly seated. I believe the Neon fires all 4 injectors at the same time. Make sure the connectors on the PCM are fully seated. You should hear the locking tabs click into place. There are two connectors to the pcm, and the one nearest the engine is the one that feeds the juice to the injectors.
If it isnt firing any injectors, it could likely be due to the PCM not seeing a signal from the Crankshaft Position Sensor, or the Camshaft position sensor. I believe all of the relays in the box under the hood are the same, so can be swapped in position to check that they are okay.
