Quick question about tires

97 SE...... My check tire pressure light is constantly on. I have checked and re-checked the pressure in my tires, and the are all equal. I checked my owner's manual, and the only thing IT said was to turn the car off, equalize the pressure, and then turn the car back on and the light should go off. Does anyone know how to reset this? Thanks in advance again

If you have the low tire pressure monitoring system then it must be manually reset once corrective action has been taken. Look for a yellow pushbutton under the driver's side of the dash by the steering column. With ignition to on/run, press and hold for several seconds hold until the light extinguishes.
