Can anyone tell me what “Theft Avert Vehicle Security Protection” is. Obviously, I don’t have the owner’s manual for my ’98 4x4. Thanks.

Are you talking about Theft Avert Vehicle Security which is a keyless remote and alarm system? I just bought a car that has this installed but no manual. Can't find a thing about it on the web. And I can't figure out how to disable it. If you know, pass it on to me. Thanks.
