94 lincoln Cont. won't start

Got a 94 lincoln continental that has fuel, battery good and starter cranks but won't start. Has a message of check DCL also. A relay box under the hood near battery that rattles when the key is in the on position and/or cranks. Bought 3 of these relays used from junk yard and the results are the same with all three. Read about the inertia switch and that is not the problem. Looking for ideas to check further.

I have a 93 lincoln Cont. with the same problem. If i find a solution i will post.
