warm-up jgc 4.0 97

hi i need help, every time i have to use my car i have to warm-up until the temp reach 210, if i not do this my car stop as soon i try to leave or in the way stalls and is hard to start i have to wait several minus to start again thanks:banghead: i take off the iac and cleaned this is the original part
