Will any strut bars pass a CA smog test?

Will they pass smog? I don't think strut bars have anything to do with smog, seeing as they are more a structural component. But of course, I am on the east coast, so I don't know your funny Californian laws.

yes, strut bars have nothing to do with emissions so it wont matter, so yes they will pass
