02 LS V8 Front End Noise

In the last month I started getting road noise from my left front wheel. I just got new tires 8 months ago so I went back and had the tires rotated and checked. They advised no problem with tire. When I drove it is still making the sound like a humming. Do you think it is the front bearing? This is funny but we had snow last night and it does not make as much noise on snow packed roads. Let me know your thoughts.

Your description does sound like a wheel bearing noise, maybe the other sounds from the snow-packed roads are muffling the sound, or the snow pack is dampening it slightly. That would seem a bit far-fetched, but....
Does the sound change when you turn left or right? How about when you step on the brake pedal with varying pressure?

I makes a little different noise when i turn the steering wheel slightly when moving. No other sounds when I brake. What do you think?

That's consistent with a bad wheel bearing if more pronounced when turning one direction over the other. Unless you have multiple bad wheel bearings, then it could sound the same in either direction.
