Gas leak under engine cover

I have a 2000 SE. There is a small gas leak coming from what looks like a rubber hose that elbows into a casting under the plastic engine cover. It looks like a pretty easy fix to me. Is this something I can do myself or do I need to take the car in.

I would think you could. I'd check that the leak isn't dripping down onto the line fron some where else like a fuel rail. Where does the hose come from befor it hits the casting? Can't really go look at the one I have, the kid is out driving around in the snow and ice!!!! And the manual is up in the garage.
