Eldorado 95 speedometer

Hey, I got 95 Eldorado, My speedometer stoped working after i replased the bettery. I tryed changing the speedometer cluster to a different one but it dosnt fix the problem. Does any one know what could be the problem, any help is appreciated. Thanks.
