its been 2 years, but im back. a lot has changed since my EF was under 8 feet of water, but things turned out OK in the end. the civic was a total loss; i ended up giving it to a friend who managed to use the suspension and manifolds, and thats it. thankfully the links in my thread with the flood pictures are dead on here, i dont want to look at them again.

i kept the ITR steering wheel, cleaned it, and put it in my del sol.

6 months later i was in a car accident that was caused by Katrina debris flying off of a dump truck. it totalled the del sol, and i bought a 95 civic coupe.

since then i have moved back home to new orleans, and i bought an NSX.

im going to Baton Rouge tomorrow to look at two EFs. both are black Si models, one is a 90 and one is a 91. im buying them for 500 bucks a piece, and selling my 95 civic. likely, ill fix one EF up at the expense of the other, and then part it out.

i look forward to being around here more often, but dont expect anything crazy like my 88 EF. ill be building a daily driver and focusing on the NSX for the most part.

i dunno if i have the determination to build another car like the old '88. both of these hatches are black, and they are gonna stay that way.

i plan to just do a simple CRX front end conversion, use my CF hood and the SiR spoiler from the '88, and buy a CF hatch for it. aside from that, its gonna be a stock body. im sure ill do some suspension work, and i plan to put an ITR steering wheel in it as soon as the car hits the driveway. we will see if i change my mind and drop a b-series into it.

Howdy! Nice NSX.

I will be getting another Honda someday. I would really love an EF with a b motor but finding one around where I live for sale is difficult. I could buy a POS and try to fix it up but I don't really want a project/headache.
