Air Bag Light Stays On Code B0022

After my son crashed my '02 Silverado air bag code B0022 stay on won't clear installed different air bags and a different air bag module under the seat, I got from a salvage yard. Could it be something in the steering wheel?

Not sure what that code is; but what about the sensor near the bumper? Was that replaced too?
